Brief & Results

Furness Building Society was historically strong in its local area with a tightly focused branch network. The transition to internet banking meant that national and stronger regional competitors were stealing potential competitors and Furness were little known outside of their catchment area. Simply Clicks reviewed the current strength of the Furness Building Society brand and organisation relative to its regional competitors in Northern England. Recommendations were made for how this could be improved.
