Google Adwords in Thomson Ban

I’ve added a better reference for the story regarding Google banning the use of the three leading tour operating brand names in Google Adwords copy. There is much debate within the travel industry regarding the efficacy of using leading brand names in PPC advertising. Under the new rules you will still be able to bid for and buy the relevant tour operator brand names. However, use of the brand names in advertising copy will be banned.
