1. Our aim is to work with you to create new customers from your online marketing activity.
2. We aim to do this in the most cost effective way possible. The key is return on advertising expenditure.
3. We prefer to manage integrated campaigns. These combine search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click advertising and web analytics.
4. If you decide otherwise, then, within reason, we will work on an individual component of a campaign.
5. Before we start work, we look to gain a strategic oversight of your business, carry out research into your website, your competitors and your market category.
6. We like to have access to a web analytics package. That way we can see the source of your website's traffic and track it through your site.
7. Any website data we collect is entirely confidential.
8. We like to have a baseline assessment of how your website performs before any pay per click or organic search engine optimisation or pay per click activity takes place. That way we can both see the value of any activity.
9. We like to have access to your website's hosting package. That way we can directly add code, amend tags or make amendments to the content or images or your website. We can can generally make changes in a few minutes when a web designer intermediary may take days, weeks or some cases months. If we can't have direct access, we need an accessible contact that can make rapid amendments.
10. Project costs tend to come in two phases. Start-up and monthly. Our proposals clearly state charges and all agreed in advance. No cost-incurring activities are undertaken without your express instructions and agreement to the costs. We prefer these in writing or via e-mail
11. We bill for expenditure via e-mail. We prefer to supply invoices in pdf (Acrobat) format. If required, invoices can also be supplied via post.
12. If you agree to work with us, we supply our terms and conditions in writing.
13. On monthly contracts we typically bill mid-month and require payment at the month end.
14. On training contracts we require payment by conclusion of the course.
15. We expect payment on time, according to the stated schedule. We reserve the right to charge interest on all invoices that are unreasonably late. This charge will be at the statutory rate according to the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.  The amount charged varies according the the Bank of England interest rate. As at July 2009 the charge will be 8.5% per annum. In addition, we also reserve the right to charge for costs incurred in debt recovery.
16. If you commission us to work on an ongoing campaign, we prefer to work for a minimum of 3 months. Once this period is reached, your service can be terminated at 7 days notice.
17. All contracts are subject to English Law.
